Meet the founder
Charlotte Biering built Ouro Assembly after a global career that took her from consulting boardrooms to UN field offices and human rights campaigns across Africa. She’s worked at every level of the system - and built this platform to challenge it.
Ouro is rooted in everything she’s seen: whose voices get platformed, whose don’t, and what it takes to shift that balance.
